Design

Bringing Mulliner’s exclusive car design skills to the fore, it is the breadth of subtle details and wide choice of unique opportunities to personalise that elevate Bentayga Mulliner to pinnacle standards.

Exterior

Bentayga Mulliner delivers presence from every angle, starting with Mulliner 22" Paragon wheels with Floating Wheel Centres. LED Welcome Lamps make entering the car at night a special occasion, with signature Bentley wings beamed onto the ground to illuminate the scene. The effect is completed by Mulliner Illuminated Treadplates in both front and rear cabin areas.

Interior

Inside, Bentayga Mulliner is the pinnacle of craftsmanship and luxury. The four-seat Comfort Specification with rear centre console is the ultimate statement of luxury design. This is immediately evident in the two individual rear seats, which adjust in 18 different ways, and include massage and ventilation functions.

The cabin waist rails, fascia panels and console are finished with a new Ombré Burr Walnut veneer. This sophisticated finish transitions seamlessly from Piano Black stain in the front cabin to Burr Walnut in the rear.

A Mulliner handcrafted duo-tone colour split offers seven Mulliner selected colour options, blending traditional and contemporary design language. Each features a main and secondary hide with matching stitching that is complemented by the unique two-colour accent stitching to the quilting.

These include Bamboo featuring warm Newmarket Tan and Linen hides with Mandarin, Linen and Newmarket Tan contrast stitching; Monsoon brings together indulgent Portland and Damson hides with Dragonfly, Portland and Damson contrast stitching; and Flare combines rich Hotspur and Beluga hides with contrast stitching in White, Beluga and Hotspur.

For an added touch of comfort there are two soft Mulliner cushions in Alcantara, finished with contrast piping and accent-coloured embroidery, colour-matched to the rear cabin.

A unique addition to the interior of this pinnacle Bentayga, the Mulliner bottle cooler and chiller is fully integrated into the rear console. The cooling compartment is backlit with LED lighting and features two handcrafted Cumbria Crystal champagne flutes and an illuminated bottle chilling ring. The frosted glass soft-close door is etched with the Mulliner branding. This is coachbuilding at its finest, combining beauty and functionality in equal measure, with exquisite attention to detail.

State-of-the-art developments are evident everywhere, from intuitive driver safety systems to advanced connectivity that adds to your enjoyment. Bentayga Mulliner features more than ten driver assistance systems for urban driving, longer distance touring and robust off-roading. These include City Braking & Pedestrian Warning and Head-up Display (where key information is projected onto your windscreen). Also featured are Night Vision (which recognises animals and people), Blind Spot Assist, Exit Warning and Traffic Sign Recognition.

Everything is carefully incorporated into the car’s design. Bentayga’s hi-tech display systems, built-in cameras and sensor-based driver assistance technologies have been designed to perfect your overall drive experience.

The Naim for Bentley audio system takes in-car music playback to another level, immersing you in sound. Driven by a 1,920 watt 21-channel amplifier, it is the most powerful audio system available in an SUV. The twenty speakers include nine combined mid-range and tweeters, four advanced bass speakers and a 300 watt sub-woofer. A pair of super tweeters extends the high frequencies, giving the system the widest frequency range ever experienced in a car, all as standard.

Bentayga Mulliner rear passengers can explore a wide repertoire of infotainment options. This is accessed by two 10.2" entertainment tablets housed in the rear headrests. These tablets are convenient and mobile (for use inside and away from the car) giving access to a world of TV, video entertainment, games, video calling and media streaming. As well as Bluetooth™ headphones there’s an extensive array of features including internal memory, micro SD and USB slots.

You can access Bentayga’s infotainment systems through touchscreen, rotary dials, gestures or voice, depending on user preference and driving conditions. Stay connected with the built-in 4G WiFi hotspot. Your smartphone is easily integrated through Apple CarPlay, Google Earth and Google Street View to access music, enhanced navigation, calls and apps.

Performance

Bentayga Mulliner features the same impressive levels of performance as Bentayga, both on and off road. These are the most exhilarating production SUVs in the world, with a top speed of 187 mph (301 km/h).

The Bentley W12 petrol engine with variable displacement takes you from 0 to 60 mph in 4.0 secs (0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 secs) and on to a top speed of 187 mph (301 km/h). But Bentley’s attitude to performance goes far beyond speed. From the elevated driving position, you’ll experience more power and torque than any other car in its class, on or off-road. Bentayga Mulliner delivers a smooth and even distribution of power, combined with an impressive 900 Nm (664 lb ft.) of torque.

The engine also features the first ever combination of direct-injection and port-injection technologies in a production engine from Bentley. It switches seamlessly between the two to deliver the most efficient performance. The latest twin-scroll turbochargers have been engineered for optimum response, removing any hint of turbo lag.

Stop-Start technology and the variable displacement technology deliver efficient performance and class-leading fuel consumption of 21.6 mpg (13.1 l/100 km) and emissions of 296 g/km.
